Archer had his 1 year birthday a couple of weeks ago. What better way to celebrate than with a photo shoot.
She Said YES!
A couple weekends ago my nephew, Nate, surprised his girlfriend, Megan, with a proposal at Willow River State Park in Wisconsin.
Morgan and I positioned ourselves behind them and followed them to the proposal spot. Thankfully the falls were running pretty heavy so it was too loud for them to hear me. He sure picked a beautiful spot.
Congratulations Nate and Megan! Couldn’t be happier for the two of you!
Easter Fundraiser
Warning! Cuteness overload ahead! Proceed with caution!
Last Saturday I joined Park Grove Pet Hospital in a fundraiser for a wonderful organization called Soldier’s 6. This is an organization that provides honorably discharged veterans, police officers, firefighters, paramedics, correctional officers, and 911 dispatchers with specially trained K-9’s.
And we can’t forget about Teddy, Park Grove’s resident cat.

I recently did some headshots for Jenna so I thought it would be fun to promote her business. Especially since she has been supporting my photography business for many years. As a health and wellness coach, she has spent many years on building her career. She recently started a business/brand, Grit Grace Glow and also a Podcast called “Ramblings of an Addict”. I have had the pleasure of photographing this family for quite a few years. It has been really fun watching them grow.
This year we went to a studio rental in Stillwater, MN called The Hive House. What a fun and cute space. I can’t wait to use the space again and I can’t wait to photograph this family again.
